  • Pianos require regular tuning in order to produce a good sound.

    Tuning regularity requirements depend on factors such as the condition of the piano, environment and player expectations. We can advise accordingly.

  • Regulation refers to the process of making small adjustments to the piano keys, action, dampers and pedals to ensure correct mechanical flow. Even minute deviations from an optimal setup affect the playability and tone negatively.

    Voicing is the highly specialised process of needling and filing piano hammers, paying attention to hammer tension, shape and contact with strings. The aim is to create balanced volume and a pleasant, even tone across the piano.

  • Our customers benefit from our ability to perform quality repairs such as string replacements, keyboard repair and action work.

    For extensive repairs, we can overhaul the action in our workshop space.

  • Concert pianos require constant maintenance in order to meet the exacting standards required.

    Our Technicians have formal concert training and vast experience maintaining concert pianos.

  • Our Technicians are trained to carry out servicing and electronic calibration on hybrid pianos, including:

    • Yamaha – Disklavier and DKC-900 Upgrades, Transacoustic, Silent and Silent Upgrades 

    • Bösendorfer - Disklavier and Silent Edition 

    • Kawai – Aures and Anytime
